Lisbeth Rivera is a bilingual clinician with experience providing mental health and substance use treatment to individuals across the lifespan. She specializes in working with children, adolescents, young adults, and their families to support emotional well-being and help them achieve their mental health goals.

She has provided individual and group therapy in both English and Spanish, with a focus on traumatic stress, depression, anxiety, and self-esteem. Her clinical experience includes working with youth and families at the Center for Child and Family Health, as well as leading therapy groups for adolescents at Triangle Springs’ Changes program.

Lisbeth’s therapeutic approach is holistic and person-centered, grounded in the belief that healing must consider the whole individual—including cultural and generational influences. She integrates elements of:
