BRIDGE PROGRAM: Case management for families with children with special education needs. 

We also have created a bridge program that will serve as a case manager for families with children with special mental health and/or educational needs. We help every family to find the most appropriate service, evaluations, or treatments for each child, including all information and guidelines necessary to obtain an Individualized Education Plan (IEP) required for the school system to provide special accommodations for students with a specific education or health need.

Sometimes, cases need different kinds of services or evaluations for ADHD, autism disorder, learning disabilities, eating disorders, crisis centers, hospitalization, or a higher level of mental health care. Butterfly Family Center will walk with the families until they are in the appropriate place; we will not leave a family alone.

Our bridge program will be available entirely in Spanish to make sure that Spanish-speaking families can obtain services and resources that are culturally and linguistically appropriate for them.
